Chronic Dieting and Food Issues

Food is a struggle. It’s not so bad that you have an eating disorder – though sometimes, in the back of your mind, you wish you did because you imagine it would give you control – the body you want. But it’s bad enough that you think about it multiple times a day. Some days you think about it because you’re on a diet and you fantasize about everything you wish you could eat.  Other days you think about it because you feel terrible for how you’ve been eating and you wish you had more self-control.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Did you know that 90-95% of diets fail – and yet we blame ourselves instead of the diet. How crazy is that? Let me repeat:

90-95% OF ALL DIETS FAIL. So why, oh why, do people keep dieting?

Because we’ve been told that’s the only option to achieve our idea body.  It’s the only way to fix ourselves and feel happy about ourselves.  Of course, it’s not true – but the 70 billion dollar a year diet industry really doesn’t want you to find out!

But there is another way…  another option!

It’s called “Don’t Weight” and it’s a program that I’ve developed along with my colleague, dietician Rebecca Appleman.  It’s not therapy.  It’s a program that teaches you how to change – how to eat without struggle.  In a series of videos, online meetings and group settings with the support of peers on a similar journey, you receive:
